Exercise your democratic right to select the government leaders in the November 2012 election by picking up a voter registration card at the VC/UHV Library. Simply pick up the card, fill it out and drop it in the mail. If you can’t make it to the VC/UHV Library, you can fill out a Texas voter registration application online, print it and mail it to the voter registrar in your county of residence.
Your vote will shape the social agenda, economic policies, and foreign policy of Texas and the United States of America. Politicians know who votes each election, and they will not address student needs without student votes. So remember…your vote matters!
The Texas voter registration deadline is Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
